The Ten Lepers (Lu. 17:11-19) (Part 4)

THE ONE LEPER WANTED A DOUBLE DOSE.

• The first dose? The leper was CLEANSED. “...they were cleansed” (v. 14).
• His immediate need was met.
• The second dose? The man was CONVERTED. “...your faith has made you well” (v. 18).
• Physically, the man was already well (v. 14).
• The man's soul and spirit weren't well.  Jesus did something about that!
• Biblical faith isn't a one-and-done exercise!
• Genuine faith, if you have it, will prompt you to return to Jesus again and again.  It wasn't enough to get something from Jesus. The no-longer-leper wanted to give something to Jesus.
• I'm sure there are many who, like the Samaritan, want a double dose of Jesus. What can we give to Him when we're with Him?
• Give Jesus your worship.
• Give Jesus your reverence.
• Give Jesus due glory.
• Give Jesus your thanks.
• Give Jesus your life.
