What a fantastic day in God's House! Rejoice with us: Two more gave their hearts to Jesus! One was in the morning service and one was in the evening youth meeting.
This was an above-average day all around. It is impossible not to see God's goodness. Morning attendance was 80. There were two first-time guests. Worship was exceptional. (Normally it is good. Yesterday it was off-the-charts good.) Many tears of release were shed at the altar. God met with us as we responded to His call. The morning sermon was part 3 in our series, "You're Invited." The invitation was "Come and Rest" (Mt. 11:28). It's always a good sign when people want to hangout with Jesus at the altar.
