Smells Like Tar But the Cars Love It

Part of Beattie Ave. was paved this morning. At 3:45 P.M. it still smells like tar at the church (located @ corner of Vermont Ave. & Beattie Ave.). It's good for the cars though. There will be many happy tires and struts.
