Keep Seeking The Things Above (Col. 3:1)

What is the evidence of being "raised up with Christ"?  The evidence listed in Col. 3:1 is "seeking the things above."  More specifically, "keep seeking the things above."  The one who has been "raised up" should look up.

By "look up" I don't mean have a positive outlook.  Those who haven't been "raised up with Christ", those who haven't been regenerated by the Holy Spirit, are lost positively.

It is one thing to seek initially the things above.  It is quite another to keep seeking them.  The Christian life is a perpetual reconnaissance mission.  True believers in Jesus don't possess a "one-and-done" mentality.  They seek until they find, and then seek again until they find again.

What is "seeking"?  It is investigation with intent to possess and demonstrate. Seeking requires decision, determination and delight.  You won't seek what doesn't thrill you and you can't seek accidentally.
