People fail. That's part of being human. Sometimes people fail miserably. Sometimes executives fail miserably. Forbes Magazine recently posted a great article explaining why. How many of the 7 apply to pastors who have failed? What strategies or tactics should pastors implement now to prevent (or at least retard) failing miserably?
