Hidden

You can only see the tail feathers.  I wonder what kind of bird this is.  I can't tell.  It's hidden behind the greenery.

At times we get discouraged because it appears we aren't making progress in the faith.  We just can't "see it."  It is helpful to remember two Scriptures.

"Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be." (1 Jn. 3:2)

"For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God." (Col. 3:3)
