Walkin' Thru the Burrah

For those who don't live in Apollo, that means "walking through the borough."  The long "o" sound rarely gets pronounced in Apollo.  No one knows why.  Anyhow...

The next prayer initiative for AAG will be to walk every street in Apollo, praying God's blessing upon and intervention within each home and business.  Walkers are encouraged to engage residents, soliciting prayer requests from the sidewalk.  Prayer walks begin Saturday, December 1 at 9:00 A.M.  We will walk every Saturday for 30 minutes, then meet back at church for 20 minutes of debriefing.

Yeah, I know all about the cold.  The blessing Apollo residents will receive is greater than temporary inconvenience from an arctic blast.
