The baptism in the Holy Spirit comes to obedient vessels, not perfect vessels. Sigh of relief there. Obedience is still huge, though.
Many are frustrated. They have asked for but not received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. One step forward for them is to ask, "Is there a specific thing God's been asking me to do and I haven't done it?" The baptism in the Holy Spirit comes to those who ask and obey.
