Three Key Traits for Leaders (Neh. ch. 5)

1. Courage (5:1-13).  Stand for right.  Do the right thing because it's the right thing to do.
2. Sacrifice (5:14-19).  Settle for less.  Just because something is your due doesn't mean you have to take it. Leadership is selfless.  It exists for the people's benefit, not the leader's preservation.
3. Discipline (5:16).  Stay on task.  Identify the main thing and don't get sidetracked.
