In an older building, there is never a shortage of things to fix. You can't do them all at once, and you also can't carry the details around in your head. That's a sure recipe for getting overwhelmed.
Today John M., Brian G., Joleen G. and I went room by room throughout the church. We listed both aesthetic and maintanance items to be addressed. Starting in March, we will have a monthly work day. The agenda will come from the list. This way we can be strategic about what gets fixed.
The Sunday after the work day, we will let you know what was done. It is important for us all to celebrate progress.
