Work Day 05.15.10

Thanks to all who surrendered their Saturday morning and worked so hard. Here are some of the things we completed. We...

• Replaced the door knob assembly on the nursery door.
• Removed the metal folding chairs and stacked them downstairs on the chair rack.
• Removed the white padded chairs to their normal place in the foyer.
• Stacked borrowed chairs (from First Assembly) in the foyer.
• Setup the new chairs in the sanctuary. Two sides, 7 rows per side, 6 chairs per row. The chair on each end of every row contains a pocket where offering envelopes will be available.
• Extra sanctuary chairs were stacked in the counting room.
• Took down the brown shelf and coat hooks in the fellowship hall. (Since we don't have the nursery school anymore, why have the shelf protruding from the wall?)
