- Jim & Sue Christie, first-term missionaries to Kenya, were our guests.
- Jim preached the message. (No, we did not conspire ahead of time. He said many things I've said before. Take it as confirmation. It is God's giving us yet another chance to adopt His kingdom priorities.)
- It is one of the biggest missions offerings we've given to a missionary. Thanks to all our faithful givers!
- Thanks to Brian for cooking the hamburgers. We enjoyed a good BBQ after the service.
